Medway CouncilIMPRESS Project in Medway

A new European project for Medway Council has developed an innovative cross-border approach to help people stay in work.

The IMPRESS Project was an ‘INTERREG IVa Channel Programme’ funded project, that Medway Council led on, which supported employers to help recruit, train, and retain their workforce as part of our highly successful Employ Medway service.

Through IMPRESS, we have provided a comprehensive in-work support service to hundreds of local people and businesses, which has led to increased performance within these businesses, reduction of staff turnover, improving the skill-set of the local workforce, and adding value to the local economy.

How did the IMPRESS Project improve your business?

  • A consultation so we could understand the requirements of your business and how we could support you
